Hey Kim: I am sorry to hear that you are so anxious! I think it is natural for anyone to fear the unknown, especially when said unknown is a crucial part of your future. I think people will be more understanding than you think. Sure, there is the generic medical school abuse and whatnot, but I hope individual circumstances, like having to take medication for appropriately diagnosed and managed conditions, will be accomodated.
I am sure that you will also be reassured to know that I am really looking forward to your starting 3rd year. You are about 2 months ahead of me, and I love your writing and witty observations. I can't wait!
You'll be alright, Kim! Ofcourse, it will be stressful at times but you'll be fine, just have Faith, in the people working with you and especially in yourself. I believe in you!
