Heya! FYI I'm doing my normal obsessively detailed recaps, though there are a few spoilers (that will no longer be spoilers after tonight).
I have one request for you: please don't compare Danny Noriega to Clay. I adore Danny and he has mad vocal skillz, yes. But Clay has a hard enough time avoiding a certain stereotype (that Danny embraces wholeheartedly) without 'help' from those of us who believe him when he says he's not. 
I also love David Hernandez, David Archuleta, and Robbie Carrico (though I really, really didn't want to).
The guy talking about his "tingly feeling" was Josiah.
And I think about you (& Sylow) every time Randy goes off on his wild non-percentages!! 
I do miss the groups, but I really liked the instruments (mostly; *not* the drums for "Hooked on a Feeling." Just sayin).
So you got to see Possibly!Cake! at
the movies? Fun!

Surely you're aware a lot of these performances are scripted and rehearsed for shock value. Gots to have some kind of gimmick to counter the plummeting ratings. Some of the "serious" auditions have to be hired actors willing to look like a fool on TV for a quick buck. But, if they asked me to appear and scream like something caught in a steeltrap, I probably would.
Of course I'm aware, Oliver. And I'd scream like something caught in a steeltrap, too.
