Congrats on being done with your first rotation!
A lot of people at my school subscribe to usmleworld.com for the year, and do the questions for each rotation before the NBME subject exam. I haven't decided if I am going to do that yet.
For Internal Medicine, I bought the FA, Blueprints, Step Up, and Recall. But I am justifying it by saying that I will figure out which series I like the best for my other rotations.
