I wish he would have included that in only West Virginia, the first step in diagnosing a malfunctioning automobile engine is to start it and push the gas to the floor 3 to 5 times (I guess to see if that would fix it).
Only a true West Virginian knows that.
the only way the House ep could have been better would have been if Dave had played guitar and done his funny little dance.
I don't know if you read TV Guide or anything, but did you know that Dave M. didn't know how to play piano before he did that episode?! Hugh Laurie said that "he picked it up really fast" though; hee! (And yes, for piano-playing House lovers, a scene of awesomeness!!)
