Stumbled on your blog and thought it was comforting to know someone else out there that suffers from annoying panic attacks lol. Yeah, the TV thing I find is pretty much a common denominator amoungst those of us that are- lets say always prepared for the ultimate fight or flight situation. Anyways if you every want to ramble to a fellow panic maven feel free to drop me a line. Sometimes it helps to chat with someone who knows.
kimmy, you know what i would say here... but i won't, because i decided i'm not going to be that annoying nag that i've turned into.
but i wonder... have you gone through any extremely stressful event, surgery, trauma, infection, pregnancy in the last few years... anything that would cause an autoimmune *cough* to kick in?
not that i'm referencing any particular autoimmune that you should have your blood checked for or anything (followed up by a specific test to confirm a positive or negative result). especially since serologic testing is for crap with the particular autoimmune that i'm not implicating.
