Even though I give a little constructive criticism now and then, you got a lot more friends than you realize. I check your blog most days because I like you and your writing. For a kid, you're alright.

Nice to see you posting again and glad to hear you have a better doctor, hopefully healthcare will not fail you if there are any future flare-ups of the evil gland.
And you are definitely not the worst medical student that ever lived - far from it. And although the pancreatitis is an awful experience which I am sure you can do without, I am sure it helps you emphathise with patients, and you already sound like a caring person (which makes you a good medlet).
Hope the medicine rotation goes better.

Hi Kim, I haven't been here for awhile since I got this job that I like but there are times that make me second guess or doubt myself and it's usually during reviews. I'm sorry to hear things aren't going well for you but I think you have the makings of a good doctor because you do care for people. By caring you want to do the best for them. YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH, YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH and gosh darn it, PEOPLE LIKE YOU. It's true.

I thought I was the only one that would forget about meetings or show up at the wrong place but I've found out that A LOT of people have done it.
Glad to see you're back. Dad told me about the wreck. I knew it wasn't you, but I'm glad to see you're alive nevertheless 
Regarding med school: I'm terrible at motivational advice, so I'll just say that you are certainty smart enough and good enough to be a doctor.
You are definitely smart enough -- way smarter than most doctors I've met.
Sorry about your pancreas screwing things up. But I'm glad you finally found a good doctor. (They *are* hard to find.)
Normally I would say don't give up, because you are awesome (and you are), but I don't like you crying all the time. Do something you love that makes you happy. I don't like you being miserable, because you deserve better.
