Gates is overrated, after all he has been a wonderful executor of tough competition tactics, but he never had any vision, (almost?) never being the first on a market or with an idea. In the top managers, Gates surely has a place. As a leader... no. Let's just quote him saying that the graphical user interface has no future and DOS will rule. At least he knew what to follow. |
