One of the first decisions taken by Iliescu in 2000, when he became for the last time president, was a similar decision, to free a bunch of his clients. Then, after some days, he signed anoteher act, rovoking the first one and calling back to prison one of the freed guys. The decision was not contested, and it supposedly works.

Personally, as Mr. Boc thought, I feel better when the brigand is locked down. I am ready to break any rule, be it rule or common sense, and to declare that this is the only person that should be kept in the jail, even without reason. (My aunt was glad when miners tried to go to Bucharest in 1999, while me and my cousins were studying at the Bucaharest University, one of the places where miners used to beat and kill students and passers-by).
On the other hand, if this works, I am expecting that the revocation will also be used by the newly elected president, in order to return the freed crooks to their places.
