Goodell's policies are incomprehensible. Brandon Marshall gets a reprieve and gets two games back from a three-game suspension, Lynch gets a ...wait, NOTHING, and Pac-Man "don't call me PacMan" Jones gets to play again (although apparently he still has to have security around him to keep him honest).
