I've said it before but I will add again that Bobby Engram came to my house dedication (I have a Habitat for Humanity House) in February. He brought his whole family and gave my kids signed (by him and Walter Jones) footballs and signed pictures. He wanted me to show him around my humble home and he and his wife were sincere, humble and truely fantastic! They stayed for the whole dedication! I can't think of a better player on a better team to have my 13 year old son look up to! I feel blessed myself to support (through season tickets) a team who has a tremendous amount of quality players who also happen to be quality human beings! I will also add that Matt Hasselbeck spoke at my church a few Sunday's ago. There is another amazing individual! I had the opportunity to let him know how much I appreciate having a team like the Seahawks to cheer for...he too was humble and grateful...and he gave me a hug....what more could a girl ask for!! :0)
As always GO SEAHAWKS!!

Nice one Hawks gal! If Matt were to give me a hug I wouldn't complain (one of the many men I have a man crush on haha). Bobby is way more than the football player (we all know that). The team as a whole is by far the best group of human beings in pro sports period.
With the 1400 or so people who went to the softball game, I am sure Mr. Engram has some kind of idea what the fans think of him, and how badly we all want him to stay.
As almost all of us believe, he is worth more than he is getting paid, but he DID sign the contract!!! Finish out strong and get a better contract next year or mid-season. Show you can do it all again and we will undoubtedly stand behind you when you are looking for a bigger paycheck.
Given the talent we have, I would say we have a future bright as the AZ sun. It would be nice to have Bobby at least one more year, but regardless we will be fine.
Nonetheless I would love to be able to wear my 84 jersey at least one more year!
