In 1969, when the Montreal Expos came into MLB I became a fan.
In 1970 when the Vancouver Canucks joined the NHL, I became a fan.
In 1976 When the Seattle Seahawks came into the NFL I became a fan.
In 1994, major league baseballs owners and players raped the Expos best chance in their history to win a world series, and I ceased to be interested in Baseball.
In 2005 the NHL was shut down by the greed of the owners and the players, and as I had with baseball, I ceased to be a fan.
I wonder what will happen if the NFL goes out on strike/lockout, and I know I was not alone in my reaction to baseball and hockey.

I survived the strikes in 82 and 87, and I'll survive any labor problems coming up. So will the NFL.
However, there's no way they kill the golden goose here. They will work something out before the uncapped season.
