I agree w/ this assessment. I especially liked it when they showed every Steeler TD and every inept Seahawks play in that particular game.
No highlights during the a-whooping of AZ that clinched the division.

what about the Branch as a defensive addition? I was confused watching that. Its embarissing, I mean for them!! Idiots cant do their homework, its like they have a sheet of names to look at during the analysis, and they just pick a name and throw it around. Arghhhhhhhhhhhh.

I'll start worrying about the Seahawks' chances when the national media starts fawning over them like they do the Cowboys (who haven't won a playoff game since what, '96?) or those other three teams they keep picking to win the NFC West--you know, the dudes with the unproven quarterback, the dudes with the busted-up quarterback, and the dudes with the unproven AND busted-up quarterback.

DKSB, I'm wondering if someone would be so enterprising as to make a Cris Collinsworth/Tony Siragusa voodoo doll before the season starts.
My husband gets tired of the screaming at the TV every time one of them makes some kind of boneheaded/slighting comment about our guys. At least I'd be quiet with the doll, wouldn't I?
In the meantime, third best record in the NFL, and they just can't choke out anything positive to say about us at all?

Interesting concept, Strategerie. I think some money could be made off those voodoo dolls. I would also suggest Pete Prisco and Sean Salisbury versions.

Bill Leavy has not called a Seahawks game since Superbowl XL. Is he still a referee?
The only way the Hawks get "positive" National attention is if they win a Superbowl. Then it still would not equal the praise that would be enjoyed by other teams. This falls into the category of 'it is what it is'.
We should appreciate the peace and quiet we get around here that helps prepare us for Seahawks football season.
Leavy had a crew in 2006, but whether or not he is currently officiating, he is still deserving of a voodoo doll, in my estimation.
Sean Salisbery's doll should come with detacheable cell phone, and its weenie sticking out of its pants. But wait, then no one would buy the Mr. Sunshine doll..
I see the comments I made under "TV Guide" pretty much hit the nail on the head. I knew it would be like that. As I've raged about several times, they never want to do the up front work to present an informative piece on the Seahawks with factual information derived from player and team staff interviews. It's all speculation and inuendo as well as whatever put downs they can get in.
I didn't watch because I figured it would go something like how it seems to have gone according to your comments. When does "Inside The Seahawks" fire up again on FSN?
Dude, they never do a good job of reporting on the Hawks. We need to go out and dominate for a few years.
They will just keep hating on us, no matter how much we win. Some of them will jump on the bandwagon, but most will continue harping on the same old cliche's--South Alaska and all that.
I dont care as long as we win one damn Super Bowl. I am tired of being lumped in with loser franchises like the Tardinals and the antLions.
