Construct was the baddie in Busiek/Infantino's RED TORNADO mini-series. It will always hold a special place in my collection. It was one of the first minis I can remember getting with the thin banner across the top. When I was re-filing my comics earlier this year (for about the 20th time) I realized Mr. Busiek wrote it read through the mini again. Infantino's art always stuck out to me, even at that young age.

I'm also another one of those saddened by the death of Mr. Liebowitz. Golden Apple always had great exhibits at IPEX and the LA Book Fair. He and his wife were always fun and friendly and were great with fans and creators alike. He'll also go down in history as the only comic book retailer mentioned in the Simpsons DVD audio commentaries when Matt Groening points out that Mr. Liebowitz was a Duncan yo-yo guy. Very sad news, he'll be missed by many.
