Is that the same where each page is a portion of a poster? If so, then yes, Dave Sim did do that—at least in one of the Mind Game issues. I have a picture of that in my office from 1998.

I (shhh) photocopied the issue in question, trimmed the pages (to remove the white border) and taped the resulting 20 pages to the wall. No actual comic books were harmed in the making of that poster.

I've long since lost the pages but the interveining jobs didn't really have the wall space needed for me to re-create it; I could probably do that now that I have some wall space again.
