Snagglepuss is too dignified to participate in a pie fight, let alone do so joyously.

Why must my childhood favorties be sullied and dragged through the mud this way, all in the name of "realism"? Is it to please the jaded violence-lovers who insist that every comic be a messy pie-bath?

I reject this rape of innocence, and will not buy any more Yogi Bear comics until this Snagglepuss is revealed to have been some sort of deragned clone or a punch by Underdog reboots everything back to what I consider normal.

Except for trades, of course; I'll still buy those.

I am know convinced that Civil War needs to end with a giant pie fight. It would be a lot more charming than the inevitable bloodshed.

Speaking of pie fights, does anybody know if the big cream pie fight they filmed for the end of Dr Strangelove was ever included as an extra on a DVD release of the movie? I know it was in the final cut until Kubrick dumped it late in the editing process and I've seen pictures of it, but I'd love to know if there is still existing footage of it...
