He had his eyes spaced so far apart they were on each side of his head...and he was visually impaired. So, yes, drinking and drugs can do all sorts of harm to a fetus. And, she should be arrested for child abuse and child endangerment. Poor Harvey has to suffer the rest of his life for what she did.

Didn't the women with the biggest fake boobs of all time die of "unexplained" causes.
