But your kidding yourself if you think she hasn't had plastic surgery. Look at the eyes. Her lids have been yanked way up. And while she didn't transform her nose by getting that bump completely shaved off (a la Jennifer Lopez), she did get it shaved down (a la Sarah Jessica Parker). The old nose is not visible in either pic.
That said, I agree with Brent that she had a Kim Basinger look going in the before. I like that better.
