Okay - so actually Newlyweds was Joe's idea. So in a legal argument it would be that Joe made both Jessica and Nick more famous and more money..but. Cali is a community property state. With no pre-nup Nick and Jessica basically take the money they both made during the lenght of the marriage and split it 50/50. I'd bet my left one that Nick will not seek any type of spousal support.
Here is the question - as her manager did Joe take the money she made and incorporate it - making Jessica an employee of her own corporation giving her a "salary." If so then Nick will only be entitled to 50% of that money...
