I loathe Kidz Bop. For starters, because it's for Kids, and it's spelled Kidz. Idiots. And the music sucks. Why not just buy them the originals?? If we want to boycott something, it should be Kidz Bop! Yes I have a 'kidz', no we don't have any of this crap in our home.

My 2 year old loves the commercials for this CD, we haven't bought it for him, again he is only two, but when it comes on he bounces up and down and wiggles, so of course it cutes me to no end. It's not as annoying as barney or that stupid talking baby that say's "I love you more than bunny's" WTF, now that is freaky.

Children seem to enjoy the voices of other children, I know my son can hear the same song sang by the actual group and not enjoy it as much as when the kidzbop kids sing it. I don't know why.

Not sure if anyone remembers, but I'd suggest downloading some "Mini Pops" from the early 80's. Those kids are singing Bette Davis Eyes, Video Killed the Radio Star, Stupid Cupid, and a classic ABBA medley.

Dayanara: I just saw that commercial yesterday and it was like a carwreak, you just have to look. That fat kid has a weirdly-girly voice and is going to die of embarssement about this when he is 16 and his voice breaks.
Plus, there is one girl who seems to think she will be Britney Spears in a few years. Next time, I will be fast on the remote and remove that ad from my few remaining precious brain cells.

SuperSugarCrisp, word. Instead of buying this shit, parents should buy "Saturday Morning Cartoons". It is a great album that came out in the 90s, where The Ramones, The Cure, Violent Femmes etc. sing cartoon themes. I listen to the Femmes' "Eep Ork Eee Aah" all the time.
