Bug Spray - I used to take Ephedra (sp?) messed up kidneys bad. But I cannot lose weight on my own. I try and try. Even my dr told me told me to lose weight. I am 5'7 and weigh 175 lbs. I play softball 4 nights a week and volleyball 2x a week, and I cannot lose it. (gained it after thyroid surgery 45 lbs). Otherwise I cant stay awake, and I am hungry all the damn time. No matter what.
