I don't think she was ever with Nick, I think she's been with the Brody guy the whole time. Both of them pulled a stunt like that to keep their fleeting Z-list fame in the tabloid headlines. I really don't think the age difference was too big, though. If they were together, he probably just got sick of her constantly being called a low rent version of Jessica.

Why would someone want to tarnish their A-list name by becoming associated with Nick Lachey? No offense to the guy, but it'd be a pretty bogus career move, and we all know these people are all about their careers.

I feel very dirty when I discuss the Laguna Beach people. It seems inherently wrong. I was at fashion week this season and LC and her boy, Jason was there. I took a picture of her and immediately felt ridiculous. Not only are they practically children, they famous for the dumbest reasons...
Therefore, even though I LOVED Laguna Beach, I hereby renounce all love for every member of the cast.
FYI- LC and Jason sat in the front row at fashion week in Bryant Park. Fucking front row. For what???? And they made out the whole time in true teenage fashion.

Like Nia mentioned, I would love to see Nick with someone as beautiful and classy as Jessica Alba. Other possibilities include Sophia Bush (very pretty and fresh off a terrible breakup), Alyssa Milano (always got the feeling Nick and Alyssa really grooved to each other)or Denise Richards. Jennifer A. might be too old for him. But, if he really wanted the older woman/Mrs. Robinson thing, Heather Locklear would be an intriguing possibility.
