I work in critical care. I have worked in like a dozen different environments. I got most of my young men penis observation experience on these medical and surgical floors I worked in before going to the intensive care unit (where, sadly men are too sick to get erections, poor guys)....
I can't say conclusively which race is more likely to get STD's. I can say that uncut men are more apt to catch stuff, so be careful ladies.
