No child should have to endure what this child has. Can you imagine the emotional scars this child has? As a foster parent, I can tell you that stuff like this stays with children forever. Thank God she is no longer in that environment. My question is, what took Whitney's family so long to intervene and remove this child from filth? Part of the reason why Whitney is broke (they say) is because she has spent her money taking care of all of Bobby's relatives. She had a bunch of free loading crackheads around her.
