Hilton Corp doesn't own any casinos anymore since selling to Harrah's and some other company and Rick and Kathy Hilton don't ownt he Vegas Hilton, Barron Hilton is the chairman of Hilton Corp, which DOES own the hotel. Paris las Vegas was sold by Hilton pretty much before it was even built.
