In fact, in her case, her decision to become a porn star could be somewhat excused by the fact she was apparently abused as a young girl and so, in a sense, she didn't have much choice in going into porn. However, many many girls have been abused as children and don't go into porn. Some go in the opposite direction, often trying to help other victims of abuse.
But you're right, we don't really have the right to judge anyone and call them ugly names since we cannot ever know the full facts about them and why they did certain things and so on. We cannot really know what was their intention, what was in their 'hearts', so to speak.
But I don't think it's going out on a limb too much to say that Jenna Jameson has made the wrong choice by going into porn, one of the consequences of which is being called a whore and a skank by other people (mainly women) and the other negative consequences are too many to go into here.
