I just want to point out that Britney has not made A mistake--oh no--she has made A NUMBER of VERY BAD mistakes with Sean by the time that he was six months old. Now here are the ones that WE, the public, know about. It makes you think how many there really have been:
1. He's fallen off the bed several times. On his head.
2. He fell out of a high chair, onto his head, fractured his skull and was not taken to a doctor for six days despite an awful briuse. This may ahve resulted in permanit(sp?) brain damage.
3. He was driven around wrecklessly in a car.
4. Daddy attempted to take him to get his ears pierced before he had all his shots.

7. She has left Sean out by a Las Vegas pool, in the dead heat, with no lotion until he turned bright red and the POOL EMPLOYEE'S came over to help him.
8. She is getting preggers with K-Fed's seed.

Maybe Britney is one of those girls who love being pregnant for the special attention pregnant women get. Then after the baby is born, the high is gone. Long Island - I know two that had 3 or four but would have had more if their men hadn't said "enough." But the interesting thing is that they're pregnancies were usually the same time as someone else's or started shortly after. I know, it could have been coincidence but knowing other stuff about them I would say not just coincidence. The sad part is that I've seen the way they treat their kids. Sometimes couldn't care less if they got hurt but were very loving and proud if some told them their kids were cute. Stuff like that.

If SPF had Down Syndrome, you would damn well know it. People who do have a very distinct look about them. My Aunt Kathy has Down Syndrome/is mentally retarded. She's pretty "high function" (as they say), though. One hell of a dancer, too. Of all the people like my aunt that I've met through the years by way of the PACE program (which she has been participating in for decades now, here in the Bay Area), 99% of them have looked very much like her and she them. It's kind of amazing. Eh... I'm sure most everyone has seen and/or met a person with Down Syndrome in real life at least once, though! And if you haven't, all you'd need to do is a GIS for "Down Syndrome" to see what I'm talking about.
So... It is my fairly educated opinion that Sean Preston Federline *DOES NOT* have Down Syndrome. His facial features, head and ears are not, IMHO, indicative of that at all. He's looks to me like a "normal," cute baby. Plus, he greatly resembles his half-sister, Kori. So that's something to consider. Maybe he does have some degree of brain damage from that high chair fall. I hope to God that sweet baby doesn't but... Who knows?

It might not be evident until he's in school and has learning disabilities, emotional problems or other problems that result from brain damage that aren't easily detectable until they have the challenges of school. I have a younger cousin who got really sick when she was four and ran a 107º fever. It caused some developmental problems from febrile brain damage that weren't apparent until she was in second or third grade. I really hope he's okay. He doesn't deserve to be neglected or raised by incompetent parents. No child does.
