I remeber reading something awhile back, during another one of Janet's amazingly fast weight losses, about how she supposedly does it. She supposedly works out like mad, gets three colonics a week, and basically lives on about 800 calories a day, until she hits her goal. Sounds like torture to me. Who can live like that? It's no wonder that when she does fall off the wagon, she packs on the pounds.

Janet does this EVERYTIME she has an album and tour coming up. She is not really meant to be a small girl (you guys remember control, her natural weight is slightly cubby)
She loses all the weight to be able to perform on tour and because she gets tons of pressure from her record label.
She does it by eating nothing but lean protein and veggies, watching her calorie intake and working out for several hours daily. It is possible to drop weight like that without starving yourself BUT having her weight yo-yo every couple of years is not good for her body in the long haul.
oh whatever, not good for her. would it be better if she were obese? seems like we're all going to die of cancer, ozone depletion, war, heart attacks or being hit by a bus, so how the hell is that really going to affect her lifespan.
