So I reported it, and they sent an ipod overnight. I got it the next day, opened in and looked at... a gaping hole. Someone opened the box, took out the ipod and reclosed it.
They're (hopefully) issuing me a credit as we speak. I'm buying it from a store, and not paying for it til I can touch it with my own hands!!!
