Hate to tell you guys but the stick straight hair is over and PERMS are coming back with a vengence!!! People are asking for perms that "look like they have naturally very curly hair" I work in a NY salon and damn I hate this because I HATE to come home smelling like a perm and my fingers get cramps from all those damn rods!!!

Perms are making a comeback! I work in a salon near Orange County and over the past month we have done about 100 jobs, up from NONE.
She's looked worse...this isn't too bad for Courtney.
If that's Courtney's natural hair texture, maybe a perm would actually fix the problem. Assuming she could get herself to a salon appointment. Which I doubt.
