Gravatar Much happiness to her!

Gravatar Congrats Gwen and Gavin!

Gravatar I like Platypus Tuna Melt.

Gravatar I bet it's gonna be a name that begins with a G

Gravatar Its one or the other: induce labor or have a C Section.

Gravatar She better not give this poor child some fucked up name related to her clothing line or something. I've disliked her ever since she started with all this harajuku shit.

Gravatar Congrats to them.

Gravatar "Sources say the rocker parents are considering calling their son (who was born with a thick thatch of hair) Kingston, or “King” for short."

Gravatar She had it! Its a boy....considering the name Kingston

Gravatar US Weekly have updated and CBB is also reporting now, that they had a son and they are thinking about naming him Kingston. I was kinda hoping for a girl, knowing how much Gwen loves to play dress up.

Gravatar It's a boy. Supposedly

Gravatar or it will be another marshmallow puff like she is and she will name it candy boy or candygirl. or some chinese name. chenese name would be pretty but only for a chinese girl.

Gravatar I bet it's gonna be a name that begins with a G
tallulah | 05.26.06 - 4:37 pm |

Gonoccoco

Gravatar Kingston is a stupid pretentious name. Totally ridonculous.

Gravatar *Chinese - hard to type after gettin gnails done specially on laptop.

Gravatar They do not induce for a c-section...

??

Gravatar i thought it was "just a girl".
man, i am on FIRE today!

*combusts*

Gravatar I'm guessing that Kingston is a reference to Jamaica and her lame band's bubblegum ska-sound.

Gravatar C-section. I just knew it.

I would do the same thing.

My what a long way they both have come, I met them both after a Bush concert in 1996.

Gravatar if i were a woman, and i were giving birth, i would want a c-section.

"no baby is gonna stretch out my junk!"
-wonder showzen

Gravatar I bet it's gonna be a name that begins with a G
tallulah | 05.26.06 - 4:37 pm |

Gnocchi

Gravatar Love Gwen... but how did she keep her hair platinum blonde during pregnancy?

Gravatar Hmmm I like RedEye Oyster Rossdale or Pork Chop Stefani

Gravatar Why do all of the celebs "need" to have a c-section? WTF - afraid of a little pain? Trust me, it sucks so much worse having a C than natural...

Gravatar happy-happy, joy-joy | 05.26.06 - 4:49 pm | #

I guess pushing a baby out of your wah-hoo is "common" or something.

Gravatar I heard c-sections aren't all they're cracked to be. Takes forver to heal and your stomach muscles NEVER go back to normal. Not to mention the scar. Just sayin'.

Gravatar King?!??! That's like, every other persons dogs name.

Gravatar and everyone said it was a girl

those magazines are worthless

I'm not buying one more

Gravatar happy-happy, joy-joy | 05.26.06 - 4:49 pm | #

I guess pushing a baby out of your wah-hoo is "common" or something.
Blue Rose | 05.26.06 - 4:51 pm | #

Yup, we women have been doing it for thousands of years...

Gravatar The couple arrived at Cedars-Sinai this morning, where Rossdale dropped his wife off at the maternity ward, parked Stefani’s silver Range Rover and “seemed a little nervous and checked the baby car seat before he got out,” according to a witness.

Way to go!!

Gravatar KIngston sounds kinda dumb, but at least it's better than bluebell. Anyways, congrats to Gwen and Gavin

Gravatar awww a boy!

And every fucker was saying "she had a pink baby shower"

Gravatar Congrats Gwen and Gavin!

Gravatar Congrats!!

GO YANKEES

Gravatar Bluebell is the name of a COW

Zolten is just as stupid as Moxie Crimefighter

Can't wait to see what G&G come up with......

Gravatar This discussion of hormone stress brings up a topic and I have talked about for about a year: Should she have a second child ASAP?

Gravatar Congrats to the Rossdales.

I can understand Kingston...Gwen has a love for Jamaica..Kingston is the capital. She's always wearing rastafari gear and shit....

Good for them!

Gravatar The should name it "Ganja", since they love Jamaica so much. Then they's have a "G" name too! LOL

Gravatar kingston is aight. it's unique, but not 'apple'.

by the way, i used to go to a thai restaurant where two of the waitresses were named 'apple.' weird.

Gravatar Kingston is cute, but I wouldn't shorten the name to King. I used to have a dog named King!

Gravatar No Oscar. It takes the womb time to heal from a c-section. She should wait.

Gravatar The baby wasn't even born yet and Gavin's already a better father than Britney is a mother.

Gravatar No they don't induce you for a c-section. If she has really narrow hips or a tilted uterus or some funky anatomy thing going on she knew the date a few months ahead of time. They usually take you in a week or so before your due date so you don't go into labor which will then screw the plans up.

Gravatar King Rossdale sounds pretentious, but hey, whatever floats their boat. I'm happy for her--she'll make a great mom. Maybe Britney should look at her as a role model.

Gravatar Angelina: Your up to bat now!
I know, shitty cliche......

GO YANKEES!!!!

Gravatar I like Kingston. They're good people. This kid is going to be alright.

Gravatar Also if the baby is in the breech position, the OB-Gyns get nervous and advise you to have a C. If you say no to the C, they're likely to tell you to go find yourself another doctor. Sometimes they try an "external version" where they push and pull on your tummy to try to get the kid to flip. If it doesn't work then you're SOL.

(Disclaimer: I am not an expert on this shit. But I read a lot of pregnancy crap when I was having babies. I had two C's myself, the first one after the kid wouldn't fit out my hoo-ha and the other one a scheduled C. TMI, I know. Us mommies love to tell our grody birth details to freak out and disgust everyone else)

Gravatar Star Magazine is reporting that Gwen Stefani and hubby Gavin Rossdale will be having a baby girl. By the look of Gwen's stomach, it will either be a huge baby, or she's set for twins.

Gravatar I guess pushing a baby out of your wah-hoo is "common" or something.
Blue Rose

W T F..you must be the dumbest sack of shit on this planet..guess what asshole..yeah..it's common, if it was not..a lot of us would not be here..too bad you are though..moron.
c sections unless it's a medical emergecy is stupid..if you are going ot have a baby..you should fucking work for it and that means pushing the fucker out like real women have for thousands of years..

Gravatar She was overdue so maybe the C wasnt her choice...baby could be breech and other things...and you can't be induced for a C...Inducing sucks, Ive done it 3 times.

Gravatar King? No. Not tacky. Not at all.
Why not "Supreme Ruler of all Space & Time"?

Gravatar mamamia | 05.26.06 - 5:29 pm | #

I think we can all see who the moron is. Did you not get the sarcasm there? You fuckers AGREE.

Gravatar I'm hungry.

Gravatar mamamia | 05.26.06 - 5:29 pm | #

What, are you kidding me? It was SARCASM.

Gravatar I just hope she doesn't bleach his hair white and paint big, red lips on the kid! UGH!

Gravatar She could name the baby Rey (spanish word for king)

Gravatar Congrats may he have his fathers looks and his mothers....um personality???What she seems nice!

Gravatar Vanina or Roi(french for King)to much i know!!

Gravatar Now when people come over, the baby will try and stand up and his eyes will change a bit. He will be either too excited or he'll want to chase visitors away - I don’t know. But he'll want to come out of his crib.

Gravatar HUGE Congrats to them. I don't know why, but I always thought she was having a girl. Like she has the "vibes" for it. Who knows? Maybe later in their lifes. If I'm not mistaken, I think I read somewhere they asked their friends to bring things in neutral colors to the showers, so I guess either they decided against knowing the sex or they didn't want to tell so the word didn't spread. Either way, I'm glad they've had their baby. They look like they are going to be good parents. Hope so. Can't wait to get the official word about the name.

Gravatar Puerto Rican Alpha Michelle | Homepage | 05.26.06 - 5:52 pm | #

Puerto Rican!!! i also thought she was having a girl!!!!i was so convinced
Well...they should try next time!!!

Gravatar OMG imagine his name will be:KINGSTON ROSSDALE!To fucking cruel!!!
Hey is Gavin french or something?

Gravatar she did have a girl and they are lying

you all believe the internet

Gravatar Another celebrity bad name.. lol.. King Rossdale?????? Pwaahaha.

Gravatar Here's the link with Gwen/Gavin's baby boy, with his FULL NAME:
http://people.aol.com/people/ art...1194406,00.html

GO YANKEES

Gravatar "Gwen Stefani and her husband of three years, rocker Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their first child together on Friday – a 7 1/2 lb. baby boy named Kingston James McGregor Rossdale."

I kinda like it.

Gravatar i heard it's a girl

are you sure?

Gravatar luncher | 05.26.06 - 6:15 pm | #

Go to the link OakRaiderFan posted. She already had it and it's a boy.

Gravatar King James is the nickname for CLEVELAND CAVAILIER basketball player, Lebron James. I'm digging it.

GO YANKEES

Gravatar I bet we see pictures of King James before we see pictures of Suri.

GO YANKEES

Gravatar Like the name

Gravatar Where does the McGregor part come from? Are they fans of Ewan McGregor or something? But I do like Kingston. Very ska.

Gravatar Is it bad that I like the name Kingston? o_O I guess considering Bluebell and all the other fucktarded names as of late, Kingston sounds nice!
I was hoping she would have a girl, but congrats Gwen and Gavin!

Gravatar OakRaiderfan | 05.26.06 - 6:24 pm | #

totally!!!!
where is Suri Cruise????

Gravatar why would anyone think a c-section is the easy way to go? i had a c-section w/ my first child (after 14 hours of hideous labor) and the recovery for that is way longer and harder than a regular vaginal birth.

oh well...

good for them! don't care too much for the name, though. that's to be expected though, right?

Gravatar Best wishes Gwen and family .

Gravatar They do give you potocin if its a scheduled c-setions..contractions are healthy for the baby..gets lung fluids moving. If it was an emergency c-section they wouldnt have time....maybe they decided the baby was too big. What was the size?

Gravatar Anonymous | 05.26.06 - 7:05 pm | #

7 and 1/2 pounds.

Gravatar Nineveh -
McGregor is Gavin's middle name - that's where its from.

Gravatar Congratulations to the family. Now kids, try to emulate Brad & Angelina and NOT Britney & Kevin.

Gravatar So happy for those cool kats!! What a cool little family they will be.
Class & Style - Brit, take note love.

Gravatar Hahaha! Kingston?! This bitch is way too loyal to her ska roots. Lame, but in a sort of cute way.

Gravatar kingston is a cute name! love it. gwen stafani- not so much. actually, i wish that dumb bitch well.

Gravatar I love Kingston, its original, yet not weird like Moxie CRIMEFIGHTER, or Apple or insert any Zappa...

I am very happy for them

Gravatar congrats to the rossdales! i like the name, too. king james sounds pretty unique, but not too out there.

Gravatar congrats to gwen and gavin....they should name the baby gnu...it has a "g" in it......

Gravatar Congrats to the couple, and welcome to the world, Kingston!

Gravatar I guess no one liked my suggestion of "ganja" as a name.....sigh.

Gravatar I'm happy for them. Congrats to Gwen and Gavin!

Gravatar A doctgor will do a C-section when he knows already that his patient has herpes. If a baby is born the natural way it could contract herpes. Ever notice how many Hollywood stars have C-sections planned in advance? And regular people, too.

Gravatar Congrats. Kingston is a nice name.

Gravatar Puerto Rican!!! i also thought she was having a girl!!!!i was so convinced
Well...they should try next time!!!
vanina/REAL argie trash! | 05.26.06 - 5:57 pm | #

Thanx Vanina. Thought for a minute I was the only one thinking that. For now, ALL HAIL THE KING!!

Gravatar Kingston James McGregor Rossdale

Kingston, for Gwen's love of all things Jamaican
James, in honor of her English heritage
McGregor, which is also Gavin's middle name...
...or at least that's what I heard about why they chose each of the names. And, they will be calling him "King". That big name is quite a mouthful for such a little baby.

Gravatar I'm having a c-section because my baby hasn't drop. I don't have herpes.

Gravatar Aww... I KNEW she'd have a boy! Here's the theory: cute pregnant women usually pop out boys, and the ones carrying girls almost ALWAYS look haggard and lose their looks during pregnancy. It's because of all the estrogen in their systems with a girl. Women carrying boys are soo much more glowy than those carrying girls! Believe me -- I've predicted the sex of so many babies using this simple little trick I bet Angelina Jolie will have a boy too, because she looks great preggers.

Gravatar Bummer about the c-section.

On a positive note, I think its FANTASTIC that she gave birth to a normal size baby (7.5 lbs). It seems like Hollywood babies are usually 6lbs or smaller.

Gravatar Aww! Thats great for them,I always loved Gwen since her No Doubt days. And Gavin...hes a hot slice of sex on two legs But thats funny how eyewitnesses were saying how he was making sure the baby's car seat was fixed correctly. They have been reading, lol.

Gravatar I bet the baby will be adorable..and not look retarded like Britneys'. Sorry, but it's true. That child looks mentally RETARDED.

Gravatar Yeah. Name him King. Go ahead.

And make sure the trust fund has money for a shrink.

Gravatar IMO I think Gwen is one of FEW celebrities with her head on right... I mean she was with Gavin for almost 7 years before they married, waited a few more years to have children, she's a decent age to have them and *gasp*...she PLANNED it.

Also as far as coloring hair when pregnant... it IS safe. I asked my doctor when that was an issue for me (I had dyed blonde hair, and my own hair is dark and wanted to avoid looking like I was from a trailer park). He said basically the hormones will affect the hair shaft and the color may not process as I want it to, but it IS safe for the baby. Back 20 years ago, dye chemicals were different so it was a different story... but nowadays it's very safe. You just may get weird variations in color, or color may stick to some parts but not others, or the color won't even stay in... so now it's more of a pain in the neck than a danger.

Gravatar a c section sucks. there is a nasty scar and the stomach muscles get cut, so it looks weird. i don't have any idea why so many celebrities get them. also it hurts like hell and takes a long time to heal. and it's hard to care for the baby for many weeks. someone else has to do everything for you.

Gravatar Congrats to one of my fave celebs. Kingston James Rossdale. That name is SERIOUSLY fabulous. Makes me want to reach for some ganja, mon. She should have named him Kington Jamaica Rossdale harking back to "ska" days which made her famous.

Gravatar Welcome to the world King James!!! You are destined for greatness with that name.

Gravatar Shit. Kingston James McGregor Rossdale. Shit.

Gravatar OT: Hey the name King reminds me of a British rocker named "King" back in the 80's, Paul King was his name. what happend to him?

Gravatar Isn't gavins dog that hairy thing named kingston. I pray to god (not whitney) that they would not name thier child after the dog.

Gravatar Madrid, have you had a c-section? I had two vaginal births, and my third was an emergency c-section. Yes, the recovery is terrible and your stomach muscles never go back to normal, but the recovery does not take weeks and you don't need someone to do everything for you. I was up out of the hospital bed the very next day picking up the baby to feed him and rock him. At home my hubby did dishes and laundry, but I took care of the baby no problem. And the recovery was only about a week. I think it varies for each person. In general, though, I think the c-section recovery is much worse that the vaginal birth recovery (based on my own experience).

Gravatar missing my soldier:
Gavin's dog name was WINSTON!

Gravatar Cynthia | 05.27.06 - 12:45 am | #
THANK YOU I KNEW IT WAS SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND I AM NOT IN THE BEST STATE OF MIND TO GO SEARCHING FOR IT. THANK YOU

Gravatar Yay! Congratulations to Gwen & Gavin...I love them both so much. I also felt like she'd have a girl, it just seemed so perfect for some reason. haha But Kingston is a perfectly decent name, I'm glad...I was a little worried we might have another Bluebell situation.

Gravatar Elective c-sections, if managed correctly, can actually be painless.

Emergency sections are nasty and painful and often the result of inductions, which are ridiculous and negligent and should NOT be allowed.

If the meds are right, there is no reason why it would be that painful. Most people are up and around within days. Look at Brooke Shields.

Gravatar Eh, I think I like the name... I didn't really like 'King' alone, but in conjunction with the other names it sounds alright. It fits well with Rossdale too..

Gravatar Oh, and I'm curious, what do you moms mean when you say after a c-section the muscles never go back? Do they not work right anymore or sag or what?

I've never (knowingly) seen any womans stomach who has had a c-section; what does it look like after it has healed?

I guess by this time tommorrow night we'll know if it's true or not. I hope it is.

Gravatar Oh, and I'm curious, what do you moms mean when you say after a c-section the muscles never go back? Do they not work right anymore or sag or what?

I've never (knowingly) seen any womans stomach who has had a c-section; what does it look like after it has healed?
Suri Xenu-Cruise
****

Had two c-sections because of emergency situations. Both were very, very painful. Each time after they healed, it took years for the red horizontal scar (from one side of the pubic bone to the other) to fade to white and it was below the bikini line. I had no stretch marks, so I thought I had kept everything under control and I wouldn't have the saggy post c-section belly. I worked out, taught aerobics, ran competitively and stayed in great shape (118 pounds of muscle) and my stomach stayed flat as a board. I thought all was well, but I was in for a rude awakening. As I approached 40 something awful happened. My skin started to sag a little, but the scar didn't move. So the skin started to kinda fold over the scar. I freaked out. I saw a doctor and he said that it wasn't from fat, it was because the skin was starting to lose elasticity and the scar was never going to move downward with the rest of my skin. All that can be done is a tummy tuck. All those years of working out and I STILL ended up with skin folding over the scar and I hate it. I wore a bikini up until I was about 41, but no more until I get cosmetic surgery. The skin roll even shows through clingy clothes and I'm so pissed because the doctor didn't at least tell me to expect this. In my situation I had no choice but to have c-sections - both of my children almost died because of complications at birth. But, if there had been any other way without risking harm to the babies, I would have had them naturally, knowing what I now know. I'm glad I did the c-sections for their health and safety, because that's what was most important; but, the c-sections really did a number on my body. Basic point is that cut muscles never look or function the same as before they were cut and they will always be weaker. This is just one story, but I hope that answered some of your questions.

Gravatar OakRaiderfan | 05.27.06 - 2:33 am | #

Angie needs to have the kid already. I can't take the stress anymore.

Gravatar Congrats to Gwen!

Kingston would sound better than King, but I think they can give their child a better name.

Gravatar did you see In Touch said Angelina is having the baby Saturday?!

Gravatar ^ who cares? this thread isn't about her dumbass. now fuck off back to justjared.

Gravatar they are not inducing anything... c-sections are celebrity code for tummy tuck, that is why all celebrities have c-sections, so they can get tummy tucks at the same time. this time next week Gwen will magically have her flat abs back!

Gravatar When does anyone in hollywood deliver vaginally?

Gravatar A doctgor will do a C-section when he knows already that his patient has herpes. If a baby is born the natural way it could contract herpes. Ever notice how many Hollywood stars have C-sections planned in advance? And regular people, too.
Anonymous | 05.26.06 - 9:15 pm | #

This is not always true. You can have genital herpes and still deliver a baby, you just can't have an ACTIVE OUTBREAK during delivery. Lots of women who have genital herpes deliver vaginally.

Why don't the paps go and interview Gwen and ask her if that is the reason she had to have the c-section!?!?!?! Sure, and I bet that is why Angie is having one too!

geeze......

Gravatar did you see In Touch said Angelina is having the baby Saturday?!
Bel T | 05.27.06 - 7:10 am | #

I saw that but its hard for me to believe anything coming from that rag. Hope its true though.

Gravatar isnt angelina havin the baby the weekend the "break up" comes out?

Gravatar This is not a Angelina-the-adulterous-whore-thread so can it you nit!

Go back to just jared if you want to talk about the adultery couple and their bastard spawn.......

Fucktard!

Gravatar What's wrong with being an adulterer and a whore?

Gravatar O_o

Gravatar Welcome Kingston!!!

Gravatar Nurse Nachett you seem to know alot about herpes. I was wonder do you have them as well?

Gravatar another site reports that golden child jolie-pitt will arrive june 4th, angelina's b-day

Nurse Nachett you seem to know alot about herpes. I was wonder do you have them as well?
keke

why? you need somebody to give you advice on how to treat yours?

god i hate teenagers

Gravatar Spin sycle are you nurse nachett. I don't have herpes but I do have craps, genital warts, hiv and hair lice would you have any advice for me since your the expert on STD's.

Gravatar Ha! Ha! Good one Keke

Gravatar Kingston is a pretty nice name (waaaaay better than I expected) but King is ridiculous.

it would be pretty hot if Gwen were her "signature" lipstick in the operating room and everything. I dont even think people would recognize her without it.

Gravatar she is slutty too

Gravatar The baby, a girl, will be delivered by her American ob-gyn, assisted by local doctors, the insider adds. “Everyone is very excited, Maddox in particular,” says an insider in Africa. “He knows he is getting a new baby sister, now they are telling him how soon it will be.”

Gravatar in-touch said Gwen was having a girl also

Gravatar KeKe has green goo coming out of her spew hole......relax, it is only gonoreahhhhhaaaaa, and NOT Herpes.....

We all can't wait to see pics of baby Kingston.

Gravatar My future husband Kingston has been born!!!!!!! HURRAY

Gravatar YAY! Congrats to G&G! Best Wishes on baby King!!

Gravatar Cool!!!

Gravatar I've been in the operating room to witness a C-Section and they didn't induce labor...they just did the operation.
