The Eagles did the same thing. Only they let people know they were only joking. They had their Farwell I tour last year,(I saw them last summer when they played @ Lake Tahoe, AWESOME!!) and this summer Don and the boys are touring Europe with their Farwell II tour. The said they named it that to poke fun at singers/bands that do these multiple "Farewell" tours that never end.
