TOTALLY TRUE. If you look at any woman who has breastfed for any length of time (longer than 6 months), by the time she's 40 she'll have some cow teets hangin down to her knees. My brother is a plastic surgeon and he said he gets a lot of women coming in for boob jobs because breastfeeding made their boobs hang down like stuffed socks.
If you feed your child formula, which is made so well these days it's just as good as the real thing, you can keep your shape. My mom breastfed all 3 of us and she's now in her 50's. When she sits down, her boobs are on her lap. Not a good look for a woman.

I saw that too!I didn't get through all the pictures, but about 2/3 of them and I noticed that ALL of the women were homely at best. One or two was maybe ok looking, but the rest. ICK! I think you are grossly uninformed about the value of breast milk over formula. Consult any reputable source and they will tell you that breastfeeding is far superior, and any woman *able* to should.
And frankly, if you're selfish enough to weigh the aesthetic consequences of feeding your own child (the droopy boobs)the best possible way you can,perhaps you shouldn't be having children.
As for how long a child should be breastfed, I do agree that it's a bit creepy when a kid is old enough to ask for it verbally!

Given this isn't the appropriate forum to actually debate a real issue, I'll just say it's a personal choice and I hope each mother makes the right decision for their child, and not because of "droopy boobs" perception or cultural pressures. (The same people concerned with droopy boobs might actually appreciate the ease with which they can drop their pregnancy weight through breastfeeding, though)
And back on point- I think Cindy looks great! A bit drunk, and could also use the help of a bra!

I stopped breastfeeding at just past one. Once they get teeth... it's just too dangerous!! Breastfeeding was not good to my body, but I just always figured I'd have some surgery when I'm finished.

Ok ok, not to continue the whole breastfeeding debate b/c it's really out of place but I have to say this.. when I had my daughter several doctors told me that it's the number of pregnancies, genetics, and not wearing a bra that cause saggy boobs, not whether you breastfeed or not. My mom breastfed all 3 of her kids and doesn't have boobs to her knees and she's 52. They say it makes you smarter but I'm not sure b/c my cousins were formula fed and we're all pretty smart people. Breasts over 40? The breast tissue thins out with age, and is why mammography can more easily detect breast cancer in older women. Having had babies and breast-feeding also thins the tissue, the breast cancer risk is lowered.
I'm Cindy's age, but with genetics or not giving birth or whatever, my one remaining real breast is still just as full and perky as when I was 20! Mammography never found the cancer in the other one - I was just lucky it was located on the surface where I found and dealt with it when very small. Still, thinking that breasts like Cindy's have a low chance of ever getting cancer, I'd take her two real one any day.

She posted a while back that she and some of the blog people would be having lunch at an L.A. eatery on a certain date and said something like "Now is your chance to meet me in person!". I can't tell you how hard we laughed at that afterwards. Some of the posters want to show up and dump drinks on her.

Oh my lord, I need to come and join you guys where ever you are, you gotta share. I can't say shit on that site, everything disappears. I pissed my pants laughing about that meetup too - I think it said something about "the famous Anya." Huh?!!

I read that blog too, and they talk about "wearing" your kid in one of those slings. And they're so happy that those things can hold a three-year-old.
I always preferred to put our kids in a tote bag....
