I do it every Friday night! I usually order in and top it off with ice cream and Coke or chocolate milk. I find the best take-out to binge and purge on is Chinese food. With all the rice and sauce, it makes for a nice smooth barfing experience afterwards. I find pizza to be the most difficult to bring up. The cheese gets all chunky. Oh, and anything with bread is hard to barf up, too.

Gummy bears or any candy are always hard 4 me. Ice cream is the best - i usually eat it when im binging on ANYTHING because it makes all of it easier to come up after. Better than pop.
I love binging then bringing it all back up so I can stay thin. The problem is that when I became pregnant I had to stop. Then I found out you can just eat enough for the baby, a shitload of carrots then top it off with whatever you want. (ice cream, fast food, chocolate)
What I do then is when I barf it all up I stop when I see the orange from the carrots. That way I know my baby will get its nutrients!
110 isn't that bad, but then again I'm used to it. It takes a full summer of living in Phoenix to get used to the crazy summer temps. Even then you have to drink a shitload of water and stay off the asphalt, which is easily 20-30 degrees hotter. Throw in that the Monsoons are here and it feels like you're sticking in a damn oven.
For someone not used to it, it's brutal.
