Hey MizRo & Tish, I actually want to see this movie, I loves me so bad it's campy horror movies. But yeah, I don't understand. I remember 1st seeing SLJ (in Jungle Fever he didn't appear on my radar) and thought this dude is going somewhere. Hell, is he back on the rock?
There is no way in hell I could sit thru this movie. I sould have to be heavily sedated. Can't stand snakes. Can't stand watching them. I don't think Id go on a plane IF I watched this movie cuz Id be thinking about this movie the whole time.
this is definitely a movie that calls for smoking a bowl beforehand.

I saw the movie last night and it was screamingly funny. It was good in that it didn't try to take itself seriously at all, everyone in it knew it was a joke. It was great.

i used to feel that way about SJ and his choices for roles, same thing for Deniro, Freeman and the like...then i remembered (dating myself here) something L. Olivier said when asked about his choices, "I'm an actor. Actors work, it's about the work." that's when i stopped bitchin about DeNiro's acting choices, same with Jackson. Guys are just gettin paid after awhile.

but MK- u should see it because it proves that the internet holds power over the print media! so many snobby print critics hope it fails- but i hope it breaks box office records- IN YO FACE EBERT!

Samuel L. Jackson has already proved his great acting abilities in other roles, like Spike Lee's "Jungle Fever". He doesn't need to have to try to impress anybody at this point so he can ham it up with snakes or Jedis and just have fun. He can do what he motherfuckin' wants!
