Hispanic is a culture not a race, google the info. Persons who are Hispanic can be many nationalities, but are either Natives who came from Asia 10,000-15,000 year or so ago (maybe more maybe less) and/or Porteguese or Spanish descent. There is not a genetic marker characterizing Hispanic as a race.
Also sometimes of African descent, sry forgot that one.

Some "white" people (NOT myself) may make jokes based on stereotypical views of other races. This does NOT mean that they believe in the underlying concepts that the jokes is based upon. It can sometimes mean that they are ridiculing people who DO. In other words, using irony.
I myself would not make these type of jokes, especially in a comments section or forum, as written media is not the best way to convey or interpret irony.
This results are that the posting is seen as inflammatory, and some people would get offended.
We are all human, we are all the same. All it is, is SKIN colour. It is as meaningless as me hating people with blonde hair, or red hair.
I know some people do, but that is not the point.

Yep you talk shit about white folks all the time BUT their race is never an issue. When you talk about a black person seems you always bring their race to the forefront.
Even though I know that people are usually referring to their African heritage, its annoying to hear people who have never set foot on the African continent, and grew up culturally different (American) refer to themselves as African.

african-americans refer to themselves as african-americans in order to never forget where our ancestors come from, and in order that others NEVER forget Africa.
Africa -- here in America -- had been downed, trashed, lied about, misused, abused, and treated as a sources of sorrow, shame and embarassment for too long. Reclaiming Africa by adding the hyphen was about pride in one's self, and taking back pride in Africa and an African heritage instead of being crushed under the bullshit like the brown paper bag test and 'if you white you alright, if you black step back'.
'African-American' is a political term, as 'Afro-American' was. No more shame in Africa. No more hiding Africa. No more lies about Africa. No more dismissing Africa. You will acknowledge Africa. You will respect Africa. You will honor Africa. You will say Africa.
It didn't exactly work out that way, but that was the intent... to my understanding.

I hate this show. Maybe all the Asians, Hispanics and Blacks will sneak into the white camp, kick the shit out of them and take all their stuff - just like in real life.
I also hate how the token old person is always some goof who sings little ditties or something and pisses people off so much they vote them off. There are some REAL survivors who are older, but their tits/pecs aren't good enough to keep them on the show long enough. Anyway, this isn't about "surviving", its about lying, cheating and sucking up to people so you get what you want. HEY! Maybe this is a "reality" show!
What all you people don't realize is that ALL stereotypes are bad, both positive stereotypes and negative stereotypes, because they encourage people to "embrace" who they are. Black people want to be black because it makes them "cooler" and and better at sports and have good rhythm and be good in bed. But NONE of those things are really true. There are black people that are losers, there are black people who have NO rhythm, can't play sports, and are not good in the sack. Just like there are white people who ARE all of those things. you're all bein played.
