I understand your point totally. I would go off topic and I really got sick of being hated on, so when I got invited to the "cheeto blog" it was really great. I never had a problem with anyone on DListed, but I will admit that I got caught up in some of the Dlisted bashing and first, but I never thought anyone would see it. There were some hurt feelings by some of the people, and they were just venting. Big deal. We got over it after about a week and Dlisted was rarely mentioned again. We liked chatting with each other and had a good time passing the workday together. It sucked having all that shit posted here, but what can you do? Sorry to all of you who don't giv a fuck.

Not only was dlisted (whom you all were "boycotting") discussed but the posters!! Did these people do anything to any of you? What I saw was so high school it made me sad to think that these were adults actually saying this crap about people behind their back. As for calling those that point out we are off topic "haters" please allow me to explain. Initially I was indignant and said deal with it but after much thought I understood. I remember when the Cheeto club was here and I too, would get frustrated with the cliques and personal convo. Now, having friends on this site, it is difficult not to talk to them. So what I am trying to say is, people who plainly say: stay on topic initially without verbal abuse is not a hater. That is a person making a request. The "haters" I refer to are the ones that say hurtfull things unprovoked. Those are the ones I am referring to.
Also many times other regs ask me questions and I am in a quandry as to what to do because I want to respect anon's rights to have a celeb snark comment board but I don't want to diss the people I like on this board.

I tried to post on this yesterday, but my work comp was being a hater and wouldn't let me.
To all those who come on here to criticize a few well-known posters: I wasn't here when the old clique of posters left to start their own blog, so I don't know much about the drama. What I do know is that I have an extremely stressful and miserable job in which I work long hours. I also attend college. Dlisted is a haven to me in which I can forget about work and school at intervals throughout the day.
I absolutely love MK's humor; he reminds me of an old friend I have in L.A., and I love the snarkiness. I've become very fond of seeing Mishma, MizRo, Morticia, Stoney, Billy, Woahitsme, Gary Coleman, Vampira, Celebrity Hater, Deb, and many other "regs" on here. (I know Tish left, but wasn't here at the time; can anyone fill me in?) What I don't like is how a few people attack some of us any time our fingers touch the keyboard. We defend ourselves, and get ragged on even more. We acknowledge people we know on these posts and get pissed on yet again.
To Mishma, if you do get positive feedback from the moderator, please please please let me know, as I enjoy my daily interactions with the regs (although since school started, I haven't been able to post as much).
