Really?? Two handwriting experts told the grand jury years ago that Patsy Ramsey wrote the ransom note in their opinion. They probably knew who did it.
I don't think a wanted man, such as Karr, wanted all the publicity. He was turned in by some wanna be Matlock Journalism professor at CU who, by TOTAL coincidence, just happens to make a lot of money making documentaries on the JonBenet case, and just happens to have another one in the works. Terry I think is his name, and its not the first time he led the investigation astray by definitively naming a suspect and generating press for it.
And Boulder PD is a different animal than any other investigative force in Colorado. There are VERY few violent crimes in Boulder, and they bungled the investigation; the entire police force of Colorado didn't investigate this crime. By the time more exprienced forces became involved, the evidence was already compromised, which is why no one will ever be convicted for this heinous crime. Lyonel Hutts could get whoever was arrested off because of the bungled investigation.

#1 Karr WAS NOT even under any suspicion in Thailand of ANY child related offense.
You Americans contacted the Thai police and asked them to apprehend Karr because of his outstanding warrant over his child porn offence(5 photos found on his computer, he was investigated and he was arrested. He served some jail time back then but skipped back in 2001).
BECAUSE it was a CHILD ABUSE/SEXUAL RELATED offense and because many countries have that child abuse treaty that allows for easier detaining/arrests/extradition between these countries, THAILAND UPHELD their obligation and DETAINED Karr for the AMERICANS.
The Thai police didn't even know of Karr UNTIL the Americans contacted them. After they detained him for the AMERICANS they then questioned him about why he was in Thailand etc. They then checked into his going ons in Thailand.
The Thai police have said They have found nothing so far in regards to him being involved in any inappropriate goings on with kids BUT they have found a lot of going-ons to do with him being of a trans-gender nature.
This information has been continually mentioned in the WORLDS MEDIA.

I remember hearing the 911 tape on Court Tv a while back. While Patsy is talking you hear Burke in the background asking if he is in trouble. When you hear the tape now it's not there but I remember hearing it a few years back. It stuck out in my mind because I thought the question was weird for what was going on.
For those who don't think Burke was strong enough to move her. Well, my 10 yr. old son doesn't fight his sisters he just picks 'em up and drops them on the floor. They're eight and six and he's not much bigger than them. That's just how strong he gets when they piss him off.

On the enhanced 911 tape, Burke can be heard in the background saying "Please, what do I do?" and then "What did you find?". This completely squares with my theory that the parents were out all night, returned to find JonBenet dead, then covered up the fact that they'd not been home.

I remember in some magazine that there was a young man who had confessed to this crime to a friend and he then later committed suicide and there was probably evidence at the scene and the cops did not find it. This friend went to the media and not the cops...I wonder why? Why didn't the cops investigate?

I was reading a really interesting theory about this case last night. Up until 2 weeks ago, I wasn't following it and I had not heard much about the theory that Patsy Ramsey killed JonBenet accidentally and then, in a panic, tried to cover it up.

Sadly, he didn't say. It was a short phone call. I asked but he wouldn't go into full detail. He doesn't like to discuss these types of things with me. Like Im not supposed to know he shoots at people, and stuff.
