It's made by a company called Osim in Singapore. It's supposed to simulate horse back (or is it bare back?) riding and exercize the abdominal muscles. This style of marketing didn't really work in repressed Singapore, so the second campaign is totally different and has no sexual connotations. Actually I know a few people who have bought the thing. It costs about $800 SGD.
