Maybe he should ask the judge to make him 15 again and sentence him to a do-over. Heck, maybe if he got a license he wouldn't get arrested anymore.

The same thing happened to my sister, she ended up finally getting a legal license when she was 25. Her, at the time, bum boyfriend was driving without a license and had a wreck and so she took credit for the wreck and got her's yanked when she was 17. That f-er did lots of stuff to her back then, he's in prison now for life, probably cloning credit cards when he's not busy intimidating other inmates.
Bummer about your credit card. I think I'd be flippin out about now if I were you. But then again, I can manage a high speed fly apart pretty easily lately.
