Nyah nyah nyah. The Charter Communications guy was almost TOO friendly. ("You're moving into a new house? Congratulations!") It actually kind of creeped me out a little.

I think cable companies are mutually exclusive. If you've got Comcast you don't have Charter. Hey, at least it's not Adelphia!

And yes, decent customer service is much too much to ask.
