This is the first time (literally) tht I have heard a cogent, well-evidenced argument against Obama. I have mad respect for that (Usually it is...he played jay-z, he's inexperienced, wright, he wouldn't wear a pin..all stupid.).
Yeah, what you wrote was good. I don't know much about native/gov't stuff, but being some kind of leftist or whatever, I like a little acknowledgement that "small gov't" type conservative stuff ain't all bad.

McCain also abused a Senate Indian Affairs Committee investigation to whitewash Jack Abramoff and the lobbying-industrial complex.
Abramoff and his firm stole tens of millions from Indian tribes and got away with slaps on the wrist because McCain was more interested in clearing the way for his own lobbying buddies than he was in exposing corruption and exploitation of Indians by lobbyists.
McCain marketed himself as a big reformer, but he sat on 97% of the documents the committee subpoenaed.
