Sorry that you feel ill. Have some of your tasty jam and toast - its amazing the restorative powers of that stuff. YUM.
Try to enjoy the movie, the knitting, and especially the rest. Nothin' does a body good like rest, not even milk. (Despite what the Dairy Counsel may say.)

My mom used to give us "Mental Health Days" when I was in elementary and high school. Feeling centered is just as important as feeling physically well in my book! Feel better, Mim.
