I don't really believe in this... I think that it depends on the person. If he really likes her vagina he might obey but if he does not like it much he cares less.

But I don't see any 'power' or ubnormal thing rather. If he likes her vagina it is obvious that he obeys her more. His mind works like that in front of something like that
