Damn, it's funny how you forget things that at one point meant the world to you. That album got me through the latter part of High School when I first discovered REAL R&B- or at least what I would later define it as for myself. it was so refreshing to come across this entry (my friend actually emailed it to me).
Ms. Evans Russaw is my fav. singer of ALL TIME. And its true, true artistry is often overlooked in our shallow world of clothes, body types and which entorage you affilate yourself with.
And for Will...You will be happy to know that Faith is no longer on Capitol records, currently working on her new ablum which will be "released in dec" --her first single with Scott Storch (of Ja Rule's Clap Back fame)--, also production with Jermaine Dupri and The Neptunes.

I needed to stop by and say that I commend you on your God-given talent for writing. You are a very well written and obviously well spoken man and it shows. The piece on Faith was a delicious touch. I admire her for her artistry and tenacity as well as her strength. I just felt the need to say God loves you and Be blessed.

I'm not here to cause any problems but I want to know your opinion on something.
Do you think that you being homosexual was something you were born as? Or was it a choice you made in your life?
See I know from my own experiences as a 22, about to be 23 year old man. I'm just recently stepping out of this lifestyle and let me tell you it is too hard, but I realize the plan and things God needs me to do for him and I realize that I can't fully operate and please him while living the way I have in the past. I'm not here to become a religeous zealot, i'm merely here to give my opinion and spit truth.
I did not agree with the chick and her approach to the matter and I didn't like the comment she made about you and your relationship being the cause of her not being able to find a man. That sounds like a personal problem and one that she's incurred upon herself. I'm here to say that she was right in saying that relationships are meant to be between man and women and not the same sex. I want to know how you feel about that. Realize that i'm not attacking you and I love your work and style and all of that! You are an inspiration and in some ways you remind me of E. Lynn Harris! But I'm very open with what I condone and don't and what is right and what is wrong.
I would like to chat with you since you seem to be a very intelligent man about what you think about all of this that I've just written.

Faith is off the hook. I loved her 1st album. That was my freshman and sophmore years in college. Her songs were played in most of the scenes in fashion shows up in college...LOL.
