Virginia has alway been slow and hell on earth to liberals, but this bit of fluff takes the cake and the icicng, whats next women must wear veils in public, I mean please the way people wear there clothes should be of no concern to this "law-makers", talk about slippery slopes, something as asinine as this could be tomorrows dictatorship.

Most of the exposed underwear I've seen have been designer drawz. How offensive can that be? And what about all the plumbers and electricians? Half they time their whole ass crack is showing! Now THAT'S offensive!!!
