Hm, in the picture the wife looks about 20 or so years younger than the heart recipient, so, like the previous owner, he probably found he couldn't keep up with her sexually, either, and offed himself! Happens a lot.
Now, did they transplant the barely used heart into a third recipient, and is he a bit younger and more vigorous than the last two?
It'd be interesting to see how many times they could re-use the same heart, it could conceivably go on for centuries.

Actually, that pretty much WAS a movie. The movie is 28 Grams, starring the Mayor's fave actor, Sean Penn.
In this case though,...it is much, much stranger than fiction.
