Congrats. Yes thats a tough decision. Then you weigh the debt versus the actual earning potential. But as they say do what you love and the money will follow. Emiline at Sugar Plum posts about a similar dilema.It will all work out the way its supposed to. Thankfully you have a supportive husband.

Hi,

If you are interested in Orlando, look into Valencia Community College and University of Central Florida...they work the same curriculum (I believe) for hospitality and have new facilities that are supposed to be really nice. I say hospitality because I believe that is the degree the culinary classes are listed under. Good luck with your search and chasing your dream.
