You do realize that you could possible write a book about this and perhaps sell it as a recruiting tool. Meaning you can use this to evaluate recruits, which ones only make big plays, who's more consistent, who's better in crunch time. This could revolutionize recruiting to where rankings are inconsequential.
Like I did with Sabermetrics.
On a pro level, this thing has already been done by Football Prospectus (http://www.footballoutsiders.com)...that's where I got most of my category ideas from...but hey, on a college level, this is pretty rare as far as I know.
