Just so you know, Tri-State has been Moscow's most interesting store since before you were born. We bought Elizabeth's tricycle at the 'til midnight Christmas eve sale the year she (and you) were three.
It had been around for years and had a staff with tatoos, visible piercings, etc back before that was the thing. All they cared about was if you could do your job. We made it a point to go there for anything we needed and could afford that they carried.
