they seem to have a great arguement for small schools...
The Gates FOundation is not against small schools, they are concerned witht he lack of "buy in" from teachers. Teachers hate change. They are attempoting to replicate their own education. Its extremely earth shattering to think maybe our teachers in HS had it wrong.
